Xi'an Xihua Thermoelectrical & Chemical Co., Ltd. is a liability-limited company transformed from Xi'an Chemical Plant (including West Suburb Thermoelectric Plant) through "Debts-shares conversion" with the permission of State Economic & Trade Commission and related departments and formally established in Oct.2001 with the joint-investment of Cinda Asset Management, Xi'an Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd., CHAMC, GWAMCC and Xi'an International Trust & Investment Co. , Ltd.. It's registered capital is RMB861,65million and there're over 3900's staff members. Our business is ranged from the manufacturing of chloric and alkali chemical products, power generating, city power supplying and independent imp. & expt. business with license. As the main alkali and chlronic product manufacturer of western China, our production capacity is: 70000tons of caustic soda (including high purity ion membrane liquid soda), 20000tons of ion dd membrane flake solid soda, 50000tons of suspension polyvinyl chloride resin, 12000 tons of polyvinyl chloride paste resin, 120000tons of calcium carbide, 4200,000GJ's heat supply, 0.35kilowatt-hour 's power supply.
